Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, intelligent workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, operations, and IT leaders to identify automation opportunities and translate challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Build and integrate AI systems using large language models, APIs, cloud-based AI services, and enterprise technologies.
Establish prompt engineering, validation, governance, monitoring, security, and responsible-AI practices.
Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and tools that support adoption across technical and non-technical teams.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and the innovation roadmap.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline, including at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML development.
At least 2 years of experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI solutions in production.
Experience with modern AI platforms, large language models, APIs, and cloud-based AI services such as Azure AI Services, OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.
Ability to gather business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and integrate AI technologies into enterprise environments.
Preferred experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, AI governance, data security, role-based access controls, responsible AI, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
