Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, intelligent workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, operations, and IT leaders to identify automation opportunities and translate challenges into scalable AI solutions.
  • Build and integrate AI systems using large language models, APIs, cloud-based AI services, and enterprise technologies.
  • Establish prompt engineering, validation, governance, monitoring, security, and responsible-AI practices.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and tools that support adoption across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and the innovation roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline, including at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML development.
  • At least 2 years of experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI solutions in production.
  • Experience with modern AI platforms, large language models, APIs, and cloud-based AI services such as Azure AI Services, OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and integrate AI technologies into enterprise environments.
  • Preferred experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, AI governance, data security, role-based access controls, responsible AI, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
