Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI-native applications using Large Language Models and foundation model APIs.
  • Design agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, memory systems, tool integrations, and multi-agent solutions.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through scalable APIs and full-stack development.
  • Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, safety controls, audit logging, and model governance.
  • Create evaluation frameworks, prompt testing strategies, regression testing processes, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize AI application performance, observability, tracing, latency, quality, and cost.
  • Deliver AI solutions from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product teams, business stakeholders, and other engineers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing and delivering Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-native applications and integrating model APIs into enterprise systems.
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, tool integration, and multi-agent systems.
  • Experience implementing AI governance, safety controls, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
  • Proficiency in software development, API development, and cloud-native application design.
  • Experience building automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Preferred: experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, MLOps, AIOps, AI observability tools, regulated-industry AI solutions, CI/CD, DevOps, automated deployments, and mentoring engineers.
