Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI-native applications using Large Language Models and foundation model APIs.
Design agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, memory systems, tool integrations, and multi-agent solutions.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through scalable APIs and full-stack development.
Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, safety controls, audit logging, and model governance.
Create evaluation frameworks, prompt testing strategies, regression testing processes, and monitoring frameworks.
Monitor and optimize AI application performance, observability, tracing, latency, quality, and cost.
Deliver AI solutions from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product teams, business stakeholders, and other engineers.

Requirements

Strong experience developing and delivering Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
Hands-on experience building AI-native applications and integrating model APIs into enterprise systems.
Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, tool integration, and multi-agent systems.
Experience implementing AI governance, safety controls, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
Proficiency in software development, API development, and cloud-native application design.
Experience building automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI applications.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred: experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, MLOps, AIOps, AI observability tools, regulated-industry AI solutions, CI/CD, DevOps, automated deployments, and mentoring engineers.
