Responsibilities

Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI and other cutting-edge domains.
Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
Architect scalable solutions and own critical milestones.
Help position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Requirements

Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
