Responsibilities

Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as AI.
Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones.
Help position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Requirements

Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
Have a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
Demonstrate the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
