Responsibilities

Design and deploy autonomous AI agents for enterprise automation programs.
Develop AI-powered capabilities for generating Process Definition Documents and automation packages.
Build prompt-engineering and knowledge-system solutions with LLM orchestration.
Optimize processes and contribute to automation strategy.
Support governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
Translate unstructured business inputs into structured automation logic and workflows.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience building AI agents or autonomous systems.
Strong expertise with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar tools.
Strong prompt-engineering and LLM-orchestration skills.
Familiarity with RPA platforms and workflow automation tools.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
