Responsibilities

Complete the three-year Graduate Development Programme and its structured learning pathways.
Work with engineers to design and develop engineering solutions that meet customer needs.
Contribute to new and existing products across the engineering lifecycle.
Participate in discipline-specific learning, core training, and professional development activities.
Build a professional network across Thales and potentially complete a Year 3 rotation or external secondment.

Requirements

Have completed or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, Software Engineering, or another applicable technical or related subject.
Be at the start of a professional career with limited relevant professional experience.
Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
Be able to successfully complete and maintain BPSS screening and UK Security Clearance (SC), typically requiring five years of continuous UK residence.

£34,000 per annum salary with performance-related pay uplifts.
Permanent employment based in Crawley, with hybrid/flexible working options and a 37-hour working week.
Three-year accredited graduate development programme with learning and development support.
201 hours of annual holiday plus a company day and bank holidays.
