Responsibilities

  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications for portfolio managers, research analysts, and data scientists.
  • Engineer scalable, reliable, high-performance systems and collaborate directly with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Process large volumes of structured and unstructured market, news, geospatial, and alternative data through live data streams and pipelines.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and statistical techniques to support idea generation, risk management, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to code quality, performance tuning, application security, and the company’s DevSecOps culture.
  • Experiment with generative AI, GPU computing, and other emerging technologies for real-time decision-making.

Requirements

  • Expected bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering in 2026.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or a similar language.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as Git and JIRA.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of a team.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high ethical standards.
