Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI applications and digital assistant solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Research and stay current on natural language processing, machine learning, and LLM technology.
Work with leaders, mentors, and team members while learning about Guardian’s products, services, and business operations.
Build professional networks and collaborate with other interns and colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

Be a current sophomore graduating in December 2028 or May 2029, or a current junior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
Have experience in software development and familiarity with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or another programming language, including common libraries and frameworks.
Have knowledge of and strong interest in AI concepts such as LLMs, agents, MCPs, AI skills, context engineering, and AI coding harnesses.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independent-work, and learning skills.
Be available for the full internship program dates and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Benefits
