Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce, AI-agent, integration, and enterprise workflow projects.
Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams on scope, priorities, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
Design scalable Salesforce and related-platform solutions aligned with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI-agent initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, or comparable platforms.
Guide AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences.
Manage technical dependencies, risks, delivery milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches for quality, maintainability, and architectural alignment.
Mentor engineers and developers and support technical decision-making and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business teams to prioritize use cases and operationalize solutions.
Help ensure solutions meet governance, security, reliability, maintainability, and supportability standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.
Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience.
Hands-on Salesforce experience covering platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
Experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM and agent-building platforms.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise application design.
Excellent stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Salesforce development, administration, or solution architecture is preferred.
Familiarity with prompt design, agent orchestration, grounding patterns, and AI workflow evaluation is preferred.
Experience leading Agile delivery across engineering and business teams is preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms, data pipelines, analytics ecosystems, or workflow automation tooling is preferred.
Salesforce or relevant AI/platform certifications are preferred.

Benefits

Remote contract engagement for candidates located in LATAM or APAC.
100% allocation.
U.S. Central Time coverage is required, with some overlap with India Standard Time expected.
Availability through approximately 11:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time is preferred.
Expected engagement through March 31, 2027.
